members had an accident and I had to go to the emergency room with
his wife. He was not carrying ID and it took a long time
for them to locate his family. I will be gathering ID
information from all of our members and sending you an
order. We would like our club logo on the

The ID Partners program is designed to help you promote, encourage and support the use of Emergency Contact Information ID Tags. Our goal is to make it easy for you to have everyone of your customers, club members, race participants, runners and all active athletes carry an ID that will put the right information in the hands of emergency response personnel. The facts are clear, accidents and health issues do happen and most athletes carry no ID or inadequate ID.
Fill in as many boxes as you can - all of this information will be helpful for this program.
Graphics
Email the graphics
that you have available.
You
can attach your graphics to an email. The preferred
format is .jpg. Attach your organizational logo. This
logo will be used in the Header Area. It can
also be used for the back imprint and the optional front imprint of the tag. You can
submit a different graphic for each area.
1. Label each graphic (Header,Back,
Front) so we know which area it will be used in. We will size
the graphics to fit inside the different
areas.
2. Make the
subject line "Graphics for ID Partner
Program".
3. Attach your graphics and
send the email.
